Creatine

Creatine is a supplement that plays a role in muscle energy metabolism. It has been extensively studied and has benefits in enhancing muscle strength and may help brain health as well.

Creatine is one of the most extensively studied supplements and is very safe to use regularly. Mild GI upset can occur. We recommend not using creatine if you have significant pre-existing kidney disease or bipolar disorder.

For strength building, the daily dose is 5 grams daily.
