Happiness
Happiness is important for a long, healthy life and unfortunately, is lacking in our society.
Happiness has three elements:
Enjoyment (immediate gratification from doing something fun)
Satisfaction (from meeting a goal)
Purpose
The happiest people tend to:
Focus on the world outside of themselves (such as other people or the natural world)
Cultivate strong relationships
Have a strong purpose in their life
